Privacy Policy

Effective March 26, 2026

Kindly Creative LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates kindlycreativellc.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We’ve written this to be straightforward — if something is unclear, email us at hello@kindlycreativellc.com.

01

Information We Collect

Information you give us directly

When you fill out a contact form, book a discovery call, or send us an email, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, business name, and any details about your project. We only collect what you choose to share.

If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages, we also collect your SMS consent status, opt-in date, and the phone number you provided for messaging purposes.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical data through Google Analytics: your approximate location (city/country level), the browser and device type you’re using, pages you visit, how long you spend on each page, and how you arrived at our site (e.g., a search engine or social media link). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect or store payment card information. If you book a paid service, payment is processed by a third-party provider (such as Stripe or Square) subject to their own privacy policies. We never see or store your full card number.

02

How We Use It

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

Responding to inquiries

When you reach out, we use your contact details to respond, schedule calls, and send you information about our services.

Delivering services

For active clients, we use project-related information to do the work we’ve agreed to — building websites, running campaigns, creating content.

Improving our website

Aggregated analytics data helps us understand which pages are useful, where visitors drop off, and how to make the site better.

Marketing communications

Only if you explicitly opt in, we may send occasional emails or text messages about new services, blog posts, or resources. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.

Legal compliance

We may process your data when required to comply with applicable laws or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

03

SMS & Text Messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages from Kindly Creative LLC, the following applies to how we handle your phone number and SMS-related data.

What SMS data we collect

When you opt in, we collect and store your phone number, your consent to receive messages, the date and method of your opt-in, and any responses you send (such as STOP or HELP).

How we use your SMS data

We use your phone number and consent data solely to send you the types of messages you opted in to receive — such as appointment reminders, service updates, follow-ups to your inquiries, and marketing messages if you consented to those separately.

How to opt out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can also email us at hello@kindlycreativellc.com to request removal. Reply HELP for support information.

We do not share your SMS opt-in data

We will never sell, rent, share, or trade your phone number, SMS opt-in status, or any SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Your SMS opt-in information is used exclusively by Kindly Creative LLC to communicate with you as described in this policy and our Terms of Service. This restriction applies to all SMS-related data regardless of whether the third party would use it for marketing, analytics, or any other purpose.

The data is anonymized — we cannot identify individual visitors from this data. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Managing cookies

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking all cookies may affect the functionality of some parts of this site. Refer to your browser’s help documentation for instructions.
